What’s a user?
Users can log in and use JUPIX together with you to share and manage people and property.  For example, if you have 3 co-workers you’d probably have 3 users.  If you are a small company of 14 people, you’d probably have about 14 users.  The price of the plan includes all the users on the plan.  For example, the £95/month plan includes up to 3 users.  That’s not £95/month per user, it’s £95/month total for up to 3 users.  If you have 1 or 3 users it’s still just £95/month total.
What’s the storage for?
File storage allows you to upload photos, floor plans, PDF’s, audio, video or any type of documents to your JUPIX account. The higher your plan, the more storage is included. If you ever run out of space you can upgrade your plan or pay for additional storage as you go at the current rate (terms apply).  As a guide, each property will require approximately 10mb of storage space – so 1Gb equates to about 100 properties.
What’s fanatical support?
You can contact us by telephone or by email for help at any time – all JUPIX customers have unlimited access to our technical and business teams.

Our support team will work as quickly as possible to solve your issue, keeping you informed of progress by email and telephone through our centralised support system.

Online training is available for users that require specific guidance on product features.
What’s a daily backup?
All of your agency data is held offsite in a nuclear proof bunker.

Every day, we’ll take a full copy of your JUPIX database including all your documents and all your photos & floor plans.  We’ll store your backup file safely and securely in a secondary data centre, so that we can recover it quickly should we need to.

We store all our sensitive, confidential data on the same servers that our subscribers use. We trust our entire business to our products and security policies. You can feel comfortable that we’re in the same boat as you.
What’s total provision?

At JUPIX, we keep our pricing simple – you know what we’ll charge you and when.  We’re one of only a handful of companies prepared to disclose prices online because our relationship with you starts by being upfront on what JUPIX will cost.

You’ll pay a monthly fee by direct debit which will cover software licensing, technical support, website hosting, unlimited portal feeds, product upgrades and access to our knowledge base.  You’ll also get enterprise level backup services and firewall protection for your data.

You’ll pay us a little extra for onsite training (£350 per day) when you need it and standard travel and expenses for after sales visits if you ask for it.  You’ll also pay a few pence per text message if that’s a feature of the system you would like to use.

JUPIX ensures you conform to the latest industry regulation by ensuring you register tenant money with an approved deposit scheme.
1: As part of the legal requirement to protect a tenant’s deposit, JUPIX will retain full details of the deposit scheme including registration number and deposit amount. Furthermore the deposit certificate can be uploaded to JUPIX and retrieved at any time.

Log, quote, book, track and report on all maintenance jobs in real time with a centralised system. A unique maintenance job history can be shared via your website to tenants and landlords using our unique myPropertyFile service.
1: Record any type of maintenance job on a property quickly and easily.
2: Allocate outstanding maintenance jobs to contractors and record their estimates.
